"in other words"

Jan. 2012Well I suppose I should wish everyone in cyber and beyond a Happy New Year…there you have it.1 A recrap of the past 365 days is a rather bleak and shake your head subject, considering there were very few moments or colorful highlights.1 Let’s jump on the entertainers first. The Two and a Half Men series still sucks and will probably be cancelled very soon. The network is walking around with eyes closed shut and the fibrillation is just not happening. Let it die already. One can only hope. A couple of major divorces that saw record hitting settlements and a few great players waiving down to us from the big movie theatre in the sky. X Factor is starting to bore us. The Doc is not too Thrillered with jail. Rupert Murdoch is still making trillions. Enough said1 The Republicans are still scrambling for a candidate that will help this country pretend that better days are ahead. I won’t get in to the individuals running, I figure if they keep running they might end up somewhere in some swamp filled universe that has them clutching for some fresh apolitical air. Mitt and Newt!@#$%^&* do they sound like Smurf names. Hey where’s Sarah and Chris. Obama is still making promises promises he can’t keep…dah. We caught and destroyed Osama bin Laden (I think). Let us not forget those dancing greed mongrels Hosni and Gadhafi… your lease is up. Yes it’s been quite a year. Arnold couldn’t keep it in his pants and Anthony Weiner of New York tweeted his package for the world to enjoy. . Dominique Strauss-Kahn copped a feel and lost Europe 1Jerry Sandusky and Joe Paterno I say yuk yuk yuk to you.1 Yes the big big big wedding William and Catherine, good luck guys. 2011 was an interesting year; I for one went through some elevating changes in my life. I realised that in order to be happy one must not be blinded by love but rather be blinded with hope.1 And a very sad goodbye to: Apple founder Steve Jobs who went out in style saying “Oh wow. Oh wow. Oh wow!” inotherwords@rocketmail.com

Italian Prime Minister

Italian Prime Minister…says no to 2013-Italy

(IWOF) Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi confirmed that he will not run for re-election in 2013. The 74 year-old premier to one of the most influential countries in the world considered resigning when his relationship with Libya leader Muammar Gaddafi surfaced. Berlusconi has been busy trying to secure high positions to some members of his loyal team, including Justice Minister Angelino Alfano as a possible successor. With a multitude of problems and issues such as tax fraud and sex alligations clouding over the big boss, his political mountain is beginning to crumble. This billionaire politician was crowned premier first in 1994 and elected a total of three times. He continues to deny and defend his position in any wrongdoing, suggesting that he is a victim of smear campaigning by the left-wing party. Mr. Berlusconi has recently launched an appeal to other moderates and members of parliament to unite towards a ruling majority in an attempt to strengthen his government and avoid an early election.
